I study how people live with the everyday interfaces that vie for their attention. My work at the School of Digital Technologies, Tallinn University sits at the intersection of human-computer interaction, ubiquitous computing and user experience evaluation — with a particular interest in smartphone notifications, perception, and the design of calmer digital environments.

Alongside research, I teach and supervise across the Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Human-Computer Interaction and Interaction Design, and I collaborate on projects around trustworthy robots, XR onboarding, and sustainable design.
